Christina Hall is anything but flippant in her divorce from Josh Hall.
In fact, the Flip or Flop alum made some serious allegations against her estranged husband in court documents obtained by E! News July 25, accusing him of transferring more than $35,000 into his own bank account without her permission.
Christina—who cited July 7 as the date of separation in her divorce papers—alleged that Josh had contacted her property manager on July 8 to request that income from rentals in Tennessee be diverted to his personal account.
"The property manager complied with the request believing I had authorized the change of accounts," the 41-year-old wrote in a signed declaration, noting that her ex's request was "not accurate as I had no personal contact with Josh on July 8, 2024."
She continued, "I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced."
The Christina on the Coast star also refuted that she and Josh broke up on July 8, the date of separation he listed in his divorce filing.
"Quite frankly I am shocked and concerned by the fact that he has diverted over $35,000 of my separate property money to his separate account on July 8, 2024," Christina wrote. "The fact that this is the same date he now alleges to be our date of separation, even though it is actually July 7, 2024, makes it clear why he chose the next day."
Furthermore, Christina accused Josh of withholding funds for a Carson, Calif., property she is in the middle of renovating. She said the property is currently titled to a limited liability company (LLC) Josh had set up without her knowledge that named him as its sole manager and owner.
"My separate property company Christina Entertainment, LLC transferred $200,000 to improve the property," she wrote. "Those funds are required to be spent during this project and time is of the essence as the project is underway. I cannot access the funds and Josh has refused to turn over the LLC and account to me so that I can do my job."
Christina is now asking for the return of the $35,000 that was transferred to Josh's bank account and for her ex to hand over control of the LLC tied to the Carson property.
And though Josh requested in his divorce papers that all property acquired during their two-year marriage be divided equally, Christina is also asking to have exclusive use of their shared Newport Beach home for the time being until their legal separation is resolved.
"Like all hard-working mothers, my life revolves around my children and my work," Christina—who shares kids Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, with ex Tarek El Moussa and son Hudson, 4, with ex Ant Anstead—wrote in her declaration. "It is my understanding that Josh has his own income and therefore he should not need any spousal support from me."
Reflecting on her legal predicament, Christina added, "It makes me wonder what else I am not aware of as it relates to his financial situation and that is why I am having a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of our marriage."

Sparks flew while Christina and Josh started spending time together. The couple recreated their March 2021 date a year later.
While on vacation for Christina's birthday, the two posed for a photo on the beach and made their relationship Instagram official.
Months in, Christina had a message for any haters, noting she'll "turn off comments with Josh and will continue to do so if people are rude." As she later put it, "Do what you love with the ones you love. For me, that's Josh, my kids and a few close friends and co-workers."
Engaged! One day after celebrating Josh's birthday, Christina confirmed the duo's romance was anything but a flop.
The pair celebrated the spooktacular season with a visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights.
Just a few months later, they marked their first Christmas together.
"Building life together and enjoying some alone time," she captioned this sweet pic. "Love you Josh."
The following month, Christina enjoyed the "Best Valentine's weekend with my Valentine."
"Prayed for a man who was all man but still treated me like his queen," Christina wrote on Instagram just a few days before news of her and Josh's marriage broke. "Never give up."
In April 2022, fans learned that Christina and Josh privately tied the knot. They then celebrated their union with a wedding in Hawaii that September.
"Shared vows in front of family and our close friends," Christina wrote on Instagram Sept. 4. "Everything in life has led me to where I am right now, which is exactly where I want to be. My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love."
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.
The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star's birthday with a sweet tribute.
"Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!" he wrote on Instagram. "This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of. Christina is about to make her 40’s the best decade of her life and looking better than ever while doing it!I’m a lucky man and thank my lucky stars that she chose me to take this ride with her that is now our life. Ride or die baby, love you more than anything."
"Still going strong…" Josh wrote on Instagram alongside photos over the pair from over the past three years. "03/2024 ← 03/2023 ← 03/202← 03/2021."
In July 2024, Josh filed for divorce from Christina, citing "irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and her listing the same in her own court documents.
